Job Title

Paid Media Specialist - Digital Advertising Expert

This is a challenging role that involves the day-to-day management, optimization and implementation of paid performance campaigns across various digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid search, social media, programmatic display and video campaigns on leading platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyze campaign data and report on performance to stakeholders at regular intervals.
  • Work with our Digital Strategy team to develop campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Paid Media team to deliver campaign updates and implement changes based on client feedback and internal processes.
  • Support our Client Success team with technical analysis of client accounts and responses to client inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and ensure campaigns adapt accordingly.
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Previous experience working in a media agency or buying ads on major platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications or a related field preferred.
  • Strong skills in PPC and social media ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.).
  • A proven track record of successfully executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and driving return on investment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and collaborate with team leads for media and creative insights and optimizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying data, insights and recommendations to various internal and external audiences.
