Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Trading Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our trading activities, including monitoring open positions, overseeing market making bots, and identifying potential issues.


Responsibilities
  • Monitor open positions across spot and futures markets during night hours, maintaining accurate records of all trades.
  • Oversee the performance of market making bots, reviewing logs to verify correct order placements and tracking executions.
  • Promptly escalate any system errors, unexpected profit/loss swings, or exchange disconnects to the core trading/engineering team.
  • Collaborate with the trading/engineering team to resolve anomalies and ensure risk limits and exposure are maintained within agreed parameters.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of trading fundamentals, including order books, spreads, liquidity, and hedging strategies.
  • Develop basic technical literacy by reading logs, interpreting error messages, and navigating dashboards.
  • Gain experience in crypto trading or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts.

Work Schedule
  • Shifts covering 20:00 – 08:00 UTC+4 hours.
