Accounts Receivable Accountant (Trade Deductions)

Vividly is a leading modern trade promotion management solution that helps brands optimize their trade spend. Our platform provides a seamless experience for managing every element of trade spend, from campaign creation to deductions management and promotion measurement.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Experience team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (Trade Deductions). The successful candidate will be responsible for building a scalable platform that supports deductions reconciliation, identifying trends and opportunities for clients based on expense settlements.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the AR Manager to develop a comprehensive deductions strategy.
  • Analyze expense data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the deductions process.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for different tasks within the department.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Take ownership of department goals by accepting new responsibilities and finding opportunities for growth within the Customer Success – Technology Enabled Services department.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • A background or education in Accounting.
  • Proficiency in SaaS products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment and comfortable with change.
  • Business level English fluency required.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with TPM software is an added bonus.
