Job Description

As a Global Trading Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting a prop trading business through trade data tracking, execution oversight, financial dashboard management, and administrative coordination. This demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Tracking & Data Management: Develop and maintain trade tracking systems, track live trade data, and provide summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation: Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
  • Trade Execution Oversight: Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily, ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts, and troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
  • Backtesting Support: Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy, record metrics, and tag strategies for live testing consideration.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
