The role of Business Development Representative plays a pivotal part in driving sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.
This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and welcoming new clients to onboard them successfully.
Key Responsibilities:- Review all brands starting the sign-up process and manage their profiles effectively
- Welcome new clients over the phone, address questions and handle objections professionally
- Understand client needs, manage expectations, and educate on our product offerings
- Qualify plans for the brand or most cost-effective option available
- Set expectations for best practice and what the brand needs to do to maximise tracking, content, promotion, and commission
- Manage Salesforce Admin tasks including keeping records up-to-date and setting up communication flows
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to our internal business team
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
You should possess a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
A strong background in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and exceptional English communication skills are also essential.
