About the Role:

As a Senior Utility Operations Lead, you will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality inspections, data accuracy, and process improvements within the electric utility sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality work packages and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Catalog and identify equipment issues or hazards, collaborating with utility companies to meet project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align data accuracy with industry standards.
