Job Title: Data Specialist / Executive Assistant

A highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in SQL or similar database tools is sought to manage and optimize complex Excel-based datasets, transition them to SQL or other database platforms, and provide administrative support to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient data management systems utilizing SQL and Excel.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Design and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling, documentation management, and communication facilitation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and enhance business processes through database-driven solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:Required:
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data management and analysis.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred / Beneficial:
  • Experience with QuickBooks for financial data management.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools.
  • Exposure to workflow automation and business process optimization.
