  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and provide regular project status updates.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, including iteration planning, review, and retrospective events, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on user story and feature completion, maintaining accurate records and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, promoting best practices throughout the organization.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project management plans, status reports, and risk/issue/action repositories, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
