At our organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional online shopping experiences to customers across all marketplaces. Our ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving this goal by providing timely and effective support via email, phone calls, voicemails, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver customer service for Amazon 2P and 3P accounts and track performance on Amazon.
- Represent assigned brands and familiarize themselves with each brand's online selling policies.
- Ensure assigned brands achieve excellent performance ratings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders processed through Amazon, our website, and physical stores by collaborating with the Supplier Management group, Listings, Inventory, Pricing, and Warehouse Teams.
- Provide customers with shipment status updates.
- Confirm, cancel, and process refunds for orders as needed.
- Notify customers about order delays.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to investigate lost packages and defective product claims.
- Build customer trust and earn positive feedback.
- Update internal tools, such as spreadsheets.
- Maintain excellent metrics on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Execute special projects assigned by the Manager.
- Support the Customer Service Manager and serve as a point of contact in their absence or when needed.
- Proficient in speaking American English and skilled at writing emails.
- Able to multitask.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of internet navigation.
- Good attendance record in previous employment.
- Willingness to contribute beyond scope requirements.
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends with a rotational schedule.
