Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your duties will include managing all accounting functions, reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups.

You will also be responsible for monitoring outstanding invoices, following 30-day payment terms, and escalating overdue accounts to management. Additionally, you will provide administrative support such as answering calls when others are unavailable, sending quotes, and assisting management with office tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • QuickBooks Desktop Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years; must be confident and efficient without requiring training.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks, maintaining consistent processes.
  • Professional Communication: Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English.
  • Administrative Skills: Capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
