Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute and analyze high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Drive the creation and execution of A/B tests to optimize user acquisition, retention and engagement.
  • Create compelling messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of consumer products.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for email platform optimization and future platform selections.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, focusing on understanding and improving the user experience.
  • Develop and manage key performance metrics and analyze campaign performance based on those KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Strong experience in building and launching high-volume email campaigns from scratch.
  • Proven expertise across various email marketing and automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in making strategic recommendations for email platform optimization.
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work.
  • Basic HTML and Salesforce experience required.
