
A Career Opportunity for a Commercial Partnership Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Partner Success team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.
Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will focus on executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner success strategy to drive revenue growth, maximize partner satisfaction, and increase adoption of additional travel products.
- Leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from onboarding to sustained growth.
- Promote new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a plus
