Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop multi-channel campaigns that drive real business results. This role involves strategizing and executing marketing systems that scale.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, creative, and passionate about building marketing strategies that meet business objectives. You'll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate across internal teams, and support lead generation, content, and brand-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and events
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate tasks across internal teams, freelancers, and vendors
  • Build, test, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales goals
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, social content, email copy, and creative briefs
  • Track and report on campaign performance, share actionable insights, and recommend improvements
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events, etc.)
  • Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy
