AI Transformation Lead

Join Our Team as an AI Transformation Lead

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic AI Transformation Lead to drive innovation, lead AI adoption, and shape the future of our organization. If you have a passion for emerging technologies and the ability to turn AI concepts into real-world business impact, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement the company's AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Change Management – Act as an internal AI evangelist, driving cultural and operational transformation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with department heads to integrate AI into workflows, products, and services.
AI Project Management – Oversee AI initiatives from pilot projects to full-scale implementation, ensuring ethical use and ROI.
Capability Building – Lead internal AI training programs to upskill employees.
Technology Scouting & Vendor Management – Identify, evaluate, and manage AI tools, platforms, and external partners.
Policy & Governance – Establish AI usage guidelines, compliance protocols, and data privacy measures in collaboration with legal and IT teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Education – A background in Business, Management, or related fields preferred (technical degree not required).
Experience – Background in digital transformation, operations, or innovation-related roles, with proven ability to drive results and implement technology-driven solutions.
Proven Leadership – A track record of leading AI adoption or digital change in medium to large organizations.
AI & Automation Knowledge – Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, automation tools, and their real-world applications.
Project Management – Ability to oversee multiple AI initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Thrives in fast-paced environments, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
