Job Overview

The Direct-To-Consumer and International segment of a leading global media company is a business unit that provides consumers with access to content on various platforms. Our mission is to deliver highly-personalized entertainment experiences to diverse audiences worldwide.

We are committed to expanding our global footprint and providing unprecedented access to our incredible library of film and television entertainment. This role is responsible for ensuring the best possible streaming experience on a wide range of devices.

You will provide guidance and recommendations to drive strategic product and technical relationships with global consumer electronics partners, payment platforms, and mobile OEM partners.

Internally, you will work with various functions to identify opportunities, define a strategy, and provide recommendations to drive them to execution. Your goal is to deliver a best-in-class streaming experience on partner devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with device manufacturers, fintech companies, superapps, telecommunication companies, and other partners in key markets.
  • Navigate complex product/technology relationships with partners, including payment providers, wallets, and other brand-fit partners.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver the best-in-class streaming experience on partner devices.
  • Ensure all engagements with partners are aligned on a strategy and goal, and make an impact through value exchanges and drive commercial discussions to conclusion.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, finance, and legal teams to onboard partners.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in building and managing strategic relationships with leading global organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of subscription services and their competitive landscape.
  • Deep understanding of media and content landscapes.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-party projects or technology ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded software and platforms, and under-the-hood knowledge of video-centric CE devices such as TVs, streaming media players, or game consoles.
