Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading revenue growth initiatives through enterprise consultative sales, SaaS deployment strategies, account executive management, and strategic ecosystem partnerships. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding the company's market presence and ensuring long-term business sustainability.

Your Responsibilities
  • Leads primary selling efforts for Medium & Large Enterprise consultative sales, engaging key decision-makers and tailoring solutions to meet complex client needs.
  • Develops and executes BD strategic planning, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, client expansion, and market penetration.
  • Drives high-value deal closures, ensuring a steady pipeline of enterprise clients and sustainable revenue streams.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on new market opportunities, analyzing trends to optimize growth strategies.
  • Oversees the strategic management of Small SaaS deployments, ensuring smooth client onboarding and adoption.
  • Collaborates with tech and operations teams to align SaaS solutions with enterprise client needs.
  • Manages and leads Account Executives, ensuring sales targets are met and providing guidance on deal negotiations, client engagements, and pipeline development.
  • Develops and executes revenue planning for strategic revenue-generating ecosystem partnerships, fostering collaborations that drive company growth.
  • Leads partnership negotiations, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term sustainability.
  • Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations, positioning the company as a market leader in mental well-being solutions.
  • Tracks and analyzes sales performance, revenue trends, and deal conversion rates, using insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Optimizes sales processes and CRM reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer acquisition strategies.
What Our Client Is Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships—ideally within the healthcare or mental health sector.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis and client targeting.
  • Ability to craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools and platforms for remote work and client engagement.
