Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a part-time Administrative Support professional to join our team in Downtown Core, Singapore.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various tasks, including:
- Assisting in photography and video editing for marketing content;
- Creating and publishing promotional posts on social media platforms;
- Helping with visa applications worldwide;
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings;
- Providing administrative support to agency consultants;
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
**Benefits:**
- Flexible working hours available (typically from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 3 to 4 working days per week);
