Job Title: Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our legal team by handling administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support in managing internal records, scheduling, and client conflict resolution.
  • Assist with implementing and improving operational processes and workflows.
  • Conduct internal records review to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff members.
  • Manage and prepare fortnightly schedules and reports, including tracking progress on key initiatives and summarizing operational activities.
  • Track and manage client conflict resolution efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and have strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role.
  • Experience in operations support, record management, or client service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
