- Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve issues and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements:
- A minimum of six months of experience in business process outsourcing
- Experience handling healthcare accounts is highly valued
- Strong verbal and written English skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to work on-site in Shaw, Mandaluyong, and accommodate night shifts
