Customer Service Representative Role Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned customer advocate to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. This is a 3-month contract role, with the possibility of extension depending on mutual fit and evolving priorities.

About the Role

  • This position involves interacting with customers across multiple channels (SMS, email, chat, phone) to provide accurate, valid, and complete information with the highest degree of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer consultation calls, technical troubleshooting, escalations, and complex investigations.
  • They will troubleshoot product or service-related issues by investigating root causes, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of member or customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
