Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a customer-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role involves providing top-notch support to customers via various channels, including chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle product-related issues, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
