Customer Service Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in the lobby and direct them to team members
  • Answer video calls, chats, and reassign customers to team members
  • Collaborate with managers and customer support representatives to connect customers on Zoom
  • Develop best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintain a great Zoom room environment
  • Educate customers on chat/Zoom support features
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team to enhance the customer experience
  • Connect senior specialists with scheduled customers
  • Facilitate urgent escalations by working with managers and senior specialists

Requirements:

Strong collaboration, time-management, and prioritization skills are crucial for success in this role. Team members are required to be on camera for all customer, peer, and supervisor interactions.
