Marketing Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure all marketing efforts align with our business objectives. Your primary goal will be to create a comprehensive marketing plan that boosts event visibility and audience engagement.

To achieve this, you will implement digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, email campaigns, and social media strategies. You will also manage social media accounts, contributing to the planning and posting of content to build community engagement and increase participation in our events.

In addition, you will monitor website and campaign performance, working closely with SEO specialists to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates for our event pages. You will stay informed on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in event-driven or B2B settings.

You should possess strong leadership and team management skills, including experience coordinating remote or international teams and fostering collaboration across content, social media, and design roles.

Furthermore, you should be proficient in digital marketing tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation and distribution.

Analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, and deliver insights that enhance campaign performance are essential.
