Job Overview

As a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading our company's digital marketing efforts. This role involves creating and executing comprehensive online campaigns to target and engage with customers, conduct market research, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize our digital strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing content across various platforms, including blogs, press releases, e-books, and website content.
  • Creating and managing social media efforts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other necessary platforms.
  • Designing and maintaining our newsletter campaigns to effectively communicate with subscribers.
  • Executing marketing campaigns, such as email, PPC, retargeting, and direct mail, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), generating weekly and monthly reports, and suggesting action plans to improve KPIs.
  • Collaborating with clients to report marketing performance, discuss issues, and create solutions to alleviate problems.
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality projects within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to work from 8am to 5pm EST.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a critical thinking approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
