You will serve as a highly-organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in handling administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Perform an array of administrative tasks including calendar management, correspondence, call handling, travel itineraries, scheduling appointments, and meeting planning.
  • Help improve current processes through SOP creation and process documentation for increased efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEOs regarding company updates, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Assist with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns.
  • Build and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders while managing confidential information and correspondences.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, GVA, Project Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar role.
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple projects and tasks.
  • Experience using several web-based project management tools.
  • Familiarity with current technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software, spreadsheets, and CRMs.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
