Chief Digital Strategy Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drive results. They will possess a strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels, including website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and content marketing.

Responsibilities include developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, overseeing the development of high-quality content, and conducting market research and audience analysis.

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth across all digital channels.
• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Oversee the development of high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets. Allocate resources effectively and monitor expenditures to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired results.
• Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and create tailored marketing strategies that effectively engage and convert potential customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new technologies and techniques to enhance campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels. They will possess excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of all major digital marketing channels, including website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center), Facebook tools (Facebook Business Suite), and other related tools.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Demonstrates dedication, work ethic, and teamwork attitude.

Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will also have experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments, Google Ads or HubSpot certifications, familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for landing page customization, and experience with CRO and A/B testing tools.
