
Strategic Calendar Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an EA, you'll play a vital role in supporting senior executives, managing complex schedules, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Proactively manage executive calendars, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless coordination.
- Communication Hub: Streamline correspondence, handle stakeholders, and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs, manage projects, and coordinate travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Decision Support: Gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and offer strategic recommendations.
- Adaptability and Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, actively seek feedback, and continuously improve processes.
- Executive Buffer: Handle routine matters independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion.
- Personal Support: Manage personal tasks, gifts, reservations, and appointments for your executive.
Language Proficiency and Communication Skills: Near-native level of English proficiency in speech, writing, and reading.
Professional Experience: At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, executive assistance, or similar roles.
Remote Work and/or Start-Up Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context.
Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive under pressure.
Flexibility: Willingness to align work hours with US time zones.
- Fair Compensation (40 hours per week):
Junior Level: $7 per hour
Mid Level: $8 - $10 per hour
Senior Level: $11 - $12 per hour
