A Strategic Leader is sought to spearhead the development of our company's direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that may impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive review of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage short-term and ad-hoc programs and events (e.g., hosting corporate strategy-initiated external visits).
  • Corporate Calendar Management: Oversee the organization and management of the Corporate Calendar, ensuring key events, milestones, and strategic initiatives are appropriately scheduled and communicated across the organization.
  • Management Cadences: Facilitate and coordinate regular strategic reviews, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a Corporate Strategy role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
