The role of an Executive Administrative Manager is multifaceted and demanding, requiring a high level of organizational and time management skills. As the primary point of contact for senior executives, this position serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: This includes managing complex calendars, planning meetings and events across multiple time zones, and arranging travel for executives.
  • Confidential Information Handling: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion are crucial in this role, which often involves access to sensitive company information.
  • Departmental Coordination: The Executive Administrative Manager acts as a proxy in meetings and facilitates communication between departments, promoting effective partnership on strategic initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gathering data and creating reports for management decision-making is a critical aspect of this role, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentation and Document Preparation: Preparing organization charts, presentations, minutes of meetings, and proposals, while maintaining accurate records and storing files securely.
  • Project and Operational Management: Managing special projects and coordinating daily operations, including collecting, compiling, and distributing data, requires exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
Requirements
  • Education: A business-related education with an associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting senior management.
  • Skills:
    • Software Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and spreadsheets.
    • Data and Reporting Tools: Experience with Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and other reporting tools is beneficial.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type at least 60 WPM.
    • Organizational: Outstanding organizational, time management, and facilitation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
