Technical Hardware Specialist

This is a technical specialist role that requires expertise in hardware and Windows Operating Systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform regular maintenance checks on hardware equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective hardware components within specified response times.
- Provide second-level technical support for hardware and software issues, assisting site support personnel nationwide.
- Conduct on-site repairs and testing of defective equipment and peripherals as needed.
- Assist with staging and deployment of new server computer workstations and peripherals for roll-out of new sites.
- Support hardware setup and testing for special events, trade fairs, and exhibits.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly status reports on hardware and software activities for review and endorsement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to install and configure hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
