Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Call Center Representative. This position involves providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in English, and have prior call center experience. They should also be able to work effectively in a remote environment and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions accurately and process claims as necessary.
  • Guide customers through available options to find suitable solutions.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center experience is essential.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
