Customer Experience Specialist

  • Serve as a dedicated resource for customers with memberships and subscriptions, ensuring personalized assistance.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce churn, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong people skills – excited by chatting with new and interesting folks.
  • Friendly and empathetic.
  • Quick learner, able to think on feet.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Richpanel, Zendesk).
