Licenced Psychologist or Guidance Counselor - Manila - Remote

Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering psychological safety, emotional resilience, and overall mental health within the workplace.

As an integral member of our team, you will deliver one-on-one sessions, facilitate small-group sessions, provide timely support for urgent wellbeing needs, and lead training focused on resilience, healthy coping, and distress management.

This position requires a qualified professional with a background in Clinical Counseling or Psychology. The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed Registered Psychologist or Guidance Counselor with experience in trauma-informed care and resilience-building, and someone who can build trust, engage diverse teams, and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Individual Well-being Sessions
    • Conduct monthly or on-demand 1:1 well-being sessions to provide personalized support and guidance to employees.
    • Provide same-day crisis intervention support in response to urgent wellbeing needs, ensuring timely assistance during critical moments.
    • Incorporate stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills into sessions to empower employees with practical tools for managing work-related challenges.
  • Group Sessions
    • Facilitate monthly small-group sessions focusing on peer support in a psychologically safe space to foster healthy working relationships and social connection among team members.
    • Tailor sessions based on team dynamics, feedback from Team Leads, or insights gained by the wellbeing team to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Training & Development
    • Deliver group training sessions including onboarding, well-being and resiliency training, and annual refresher training to equip employees with essential knowledge and skills.
    • Facilitate additional approved ad hoc training sessions as requested, aligned with organizational needs, to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Ensure all training is delivered within prescribed timeframes and formats provided by the organization to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
