The IT Service Delivery Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services. As a key member of our Service Desk Management team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and IT services to our clients.
- Design and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT service delivery operations
- Manage and lead a team of technical support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of client IT issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
