**Job Summary:**

The Spanish Bilingual Agent is responsible for providing timely and effective front-line customer service support in both English and Spanish. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing problems to offer solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze problems and offer solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Technically savvy: proficient in Outlook and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and confidence in communication.
  • Dependable team player with strong customer service delivery skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and a passion for problem-solving.
