Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all issues are resolved within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via email and live chat to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as document filing, scanning, and secure disposal of confidential information.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects assigned by the Member Services Team Leader or Manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, BPO, or financial services environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
