Job Title: Virtual Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Support Professional to join our team. As a General Virtual Assistant with a Construction Industry background, you will provide administrative support to companies worldwide.

This role involves managing email, calendars, and data entry, as well as assisting in document preparation, reports, and presentations. You will also be responsible for organizing files, contracts, and construction project documentation, and providing customer service to clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, with strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support

  • Coordinate with project teams
  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools

Working Conditions:

  • Remote job
  • US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Salary Package:

  • Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 25,500
  • Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 34,000
  • Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 39,500
