Key Responsibilities
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversight of marketing functions including brand management, advertising, promotions, public relations, events, and digital marketing.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive campaigns that increase customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales conversions across departments.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Negotiate relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Oversight of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strong ROI on campaigns and programs.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
