Job Title: Support Services Professional

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients through various channels. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type and Work Setup

  • Job Type: Full-time, Graveyard shift (7 PM- 4 AM)
  • Work Setup: Onsite in Iloilo City
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting and validating client needs
  • Providing timely and effective service responses to resolve issues
  • Accurate data capture and entry
  • Effective communication with clients and contractors
  • Ensuring internal and external service standards are met
  • Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
  • Participating in system and staff development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates or those with 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Possesses excellent people skills
  • Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time
