• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information about our products and services, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer queries

• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements

• Uphold our company's commitment to excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 up to Php25,000.00 per month
