Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. This is a full-time role working on a graveyard shift from 7 PM to 4 AM.

This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. As a customer support associate, you will be responsible for interpreting client needs, providing effective solutions, and ensuring internal and external service standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting and validating client's needs
  • Actioning appropriate service response to resolve issues
  • Accurate data capture / entry
  • Effectively communicating with clients and contractors
  • Ensuring internal and external service standards are met
  • Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or with 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Possesses excellent people skills
  • Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
