About the role

IGT Technologies Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative (Airline Account) to join our team in Pavia Iloilo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our airline clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Conducting research and gathering relevant information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements Adhering to established call centre protocols, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the airline industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office productivity software Familiarity with airline operations, policies, and procedures Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others Fluency in both English and Tagalog, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely
