Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our contact center teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of frontline agent interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on customer experience metrics, including error rates and satisfaction scores.
  • Analysis and Improvement: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Support and Training: Provide coaching and training to contact center agents on best practices for customer service and quality assurance.
Requirements:
