Customer Service Role

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves interpreting and validating client needs, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also be required to accurately capture and enter data, communicate effectively with clients and contractors, and meet internal and external service standards.

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or 2 years of customer service experience

  • Strong people skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Setup:

This is a full-time position working on a graveyard shift (7 PM-4 AM) at our Iloilo office.
