Metrobank is seeking a talented Customer Growth Strategist to join our Consumer Business Sector team. As a key member of our Credit Cards Product & Segment Strategies Department, you will play a crucial role in driving customer growth and expanding our credit card penetration.
Key Objectives:- Develop and manage acquisition programs to grow credit card penetration.
- Lead a team to design and implement customer journeys that align with Life Banking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to develop targeted campaigns for existing customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and launching marketing programs.
- Strong knowledge of the lending business, particularly credit cards.
