Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team to ensure efficient production.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize settings on control systems across Primary processing lines.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Lead mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive cost reduction and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control standards and take corrective actions to meet specifications.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to processing procedures and analyze data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communications Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an operational or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
