Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily activities, ensuring receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. This includes supervising staff, maintaining inventory records, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

This role will also involve coordinating with suppliers and couriers to manage material deliveries and returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient functioning
  • Supervise and guide warehouse staff to adhere to operational procedures and safety standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing consumable items to prevent stockouts
  • Ensure accurate receiving of materials and maintain proper documentation
  • Coordinate the preparation and issuance of requested materials based on Material Request/Issuance Forms (MRIF) and Daily Receipts (DR)
  • Manage coordination with fleets/couriers to issue gate passes for outgoing materials and ensure proper handling of returns and rejects
  • Perform regular audits and initiate random physical counts of warehouse inventory to identify and resolve discrepancies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with people management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related courses
