Main Responsibilities
  • Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility, using sound judgment to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare accurate loan documentation and serviceability calculations, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with lender policies and industry updates, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia, with a deep understanding of their policies and procedures.
