We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Mortgage Support Officer. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high level of professionalism when assisting mortgage brokers via chat and phone.

Job Description

The Mortgage Support Officer will be responsible for responding to mortgage broker inquiries related to our products through multiple channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence. You will also be required to promote and enforce credit and operational best practices across the team to uphold quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain a high level of professionalism when assisting mortgage brokers via chat and phone.
  • Respond to mortgage broker inquiries related to our products through multiple channels.
  • Promote and enforce credit and operational best practices across the team.
  • Effectively manage risk by ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre environment.
  • Experience in Mortgages, Credit/Assessments, and Settlements will be an advantage.
