
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee local and international markets, focusing on channel and partner development, product innovation, brand strategy, and business growth. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of building successful partnerships and distribution channels within the insurance or financial services industry.
The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to design and execute marketing strategies tailored to business goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are also essential for supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:
- Channel and Partner Development:
- Identify and establish new distribution channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities across the region.
- Build and nurture relationships with insurance companies, affinity partners, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Product Development:
- Analyse market trends and client needs to conceptualise and launch innovative insurance products that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement product offerings aligned with company strategy and goals.
- Brand and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the market and enhance our reputation as a leading reinsurance broker.
- Lead marketing campaigns, execute thought leadership and partner engagement events, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Business Strategy and Expansion Support:
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives for business growth and expansion.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market opportunities, competitive positioning, and operational enhancements to drive business success.
